The Board of Trustees and Senior Management Team of MOM Foundation are leaders, dedicated to creating immediate and lasting positive changes in the lives of people, the community and the nation

To channel available resources into meaningful projects that will empower communities and positively impact on people for good

Our values provide a framework for the behaviour of all our employees and volunteers, whatever their role. These core values define who we are

1. Service beyond self

The very purpose of our existence is to serve others. We will identify and take up societal issues to serve the community, and do so with integrity

2. Respect for Human Rights

We value human dignity and protect human rights. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights endows all human with certain fundamental rights which includes freedom, equality, freedom of thought, practice a particular religion, family integrity etc. We recognise and uphold these rights.

3. Cooperation Beyond Borders 

We will collaborate and cooperate with other NGOs to foster positive change. We will work beyond borders to achieve our organizational goals

4. Responsibility

We are entrusted with a responsibility towards the public and society. We will take ownership of all activities undertaken and provide the required feedback to interested parties.
