Giving Through Donations
Donations are the lifeline of what we do. They make it possible for us to carry out our work—practically, consistently, and with intention. They support the collection, preparation, and delivery of a wide range of items that reach communities, institutions, and individuals across Ghana.
Beyond the items themselves, monetary donations play a critical role in sustaining and expanding our impact. They enable us to restore and prepare what is given—repairing equipment, refurbishing furniture, and ensuring that every item meets a standard of dignity before it is shared. They also support key aspects of our work, from transportation and distribution to the execution of projects on the ground.
In initiatives such as SLIDE (Sustainable Livelihood for Individual Empowerment), financial support has helped individuals start or revive small businesses—creating a cycle where one success opens the door for another. Through EDSUP (Educational Support), an arm of Project Ghana, students in need have received direct financial assistance toward their education. In these ways, monetary giving becomes not just support, but opportunity.
We have seen, time and again, how something simple can make a difference—a student receiving books they can finally call their own, a single mother building a livelihood to support her family, a child gaining confidence through something as basic as proper clothing. Every donation contributes to these moments.
And while the impact may take different forms, the intention remains the same: to respond to real needs in a way that is thoughtful, practical, and meaningful. We do not take that lightly.
To everyone who has supported this work over the years—through resources, materials, or financial contributions—thank you. Your generosity continues to make this work possible. And if you are considering giving, know this: there is more than enough room for you to be part of the story.
